Using ugcpeople
These terms cover your use of ugcpeople.com and its clip library. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to hi@ugcpeople.com.
Your account
Use an email address or Google account you control. Keep access to that account secure. Do not share your ugcpeople login or try to bypass payment or access controls.
Purchase and access
The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Library access is sold as a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Paid access includes browsing the library, saving favorites, and downloading available original clips. Access unlocks after payment is confirmed.
You can request a full refund within seven days of payment by emailing hi@ugcpeople.com. No reason or explanation is required. Library access ends when the refund is issued. The lifetime-access offer has no scheduled subscription renewal or expiry. A refunded, reversed, or disputed payment can affect access. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Working with clips
The service provides footage for your edits, including ads, Reels, and product demos. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the footage or the people’s identities to you. Do not resell or distribute the original clips as a standalone library, share paid downloads as a substitute for another person’s access, or claim that a person endorses your product without permission.
You are responsible for your finished content, claims, and use of the footage. Do not use it for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, or misleading representations of the people shown.
Service and support
Preview clips are compressed samples. The service supplies footage, not a finished ad or a guarantee of advertising results. If a file or account feature is not working, contact hi@ugcpeople.com with the issue. We may restrict access to address fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.
Privacy and updates
Our privacy policy explains how account and sign-in information is used. If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. Applicable legal rights continue to apply.
